cze Finanční vzdělanost managementu ve stavebním průmyslu Tato kapitola se zabývá úrovní vzdělání manažerů stavebních firem zodpovědných za zdroje financování. Kapitola je podpořena vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením, které bylo provedeno v podnicích s právní formou akciové společnosti zapojené do stavebnictví. Článek zdůrazňuje, že je třeba stanovit náklady vlastního kapitálu, protože se jim manažeři podniků zapojených do průzkumu dostatečně nevěnují. Kapitola testuje vztah mezi úrovní vzdělání ze zdrojů financování a ziskovost dotčených podniků. Teto ziskovost je určena ukazatelem rentability aktiv (ROA) a rentabilitou vlastního kapitálu (ROE). S ohledem na nejistotu rozdělení pravděpodobnosti normality byly použity neparametrické testy. Kapitola obsahuje výsledky průzkumu a testování hypotéz a diskuzi nad problémem. eng Financial Management Education in the Construction Industry The Chapter deals with the level of education of managers of construction companies in the funding sources. This chapter is supported by its own questionnaire survey, which was carried out in enterprises with the legal form of a joint-stock company involved in the construction industry. Article emphasizes the need to set the cost of equity, because they do not pay, according to survey managers of enterprises such attention as they deserve. The chapter tests the relation between the level of education of the sources of funding and profitability of the enterprises concerned. This profitability is determined indicator Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Considering the uncertainty of normality probability distributions were used nonparametric tests.
