cze Fotosyntetický komplex LH2 - absorpční a fluorescenční spektra V současnosti je velké úsilí věnováno studiu fotosyntézy, která by v budoucnu mohla sloužit jako základ pro ideální zdroj energie. Aby bylo možmo takový zdroj energie - umělý fotosyntetický systém - vytvořit, první krok je detailní porozumění fungování fotosyntetických kmplexů v živých organismech. Mikroskopická struktura některých fotosyntetických systémů a jejich funkce je v posledních dvaceti letech intenzivně zkoumána v mnoha teoretických i experimentálních laboratořích. Fotosyntéza začíná absorpcí fotonu jedním ze světlosběrných pigment-proteinových komplexů a transportem excitační energie do reakčního centra, kde je iniciována separace náboje. Geometrická struktura LH komplexů je známa do velkých detailů např. pro LH2 komplexy purpurových bakterií. eng Photosynthetic Complex LH2 - Absorption and Steady State Fluorescence Spectra Nowadays, much effort is devoted to the study of photosynthesis which could be the basis for an ideal energy source in the future. To be able to create such an energy source - an artificial photosynthetic complex, the first step is a detailed understanding of the function of photosynthetic complexes in living organisms. Knowledge of the microscopic structure of some photosynthetic systems and their function invokes during last twenty years long and intensive investigation of many theoretical and experimental laboratories. Photosynthesis starts with the absorption of a solar photon by one of the light-harvesting (LH) pigment-protein complexes and transferring the excitation energy to the reaction center where a charge separation is initiated. The geometric structure of such LH complexes is known in great detail, e.g. for the LH2 complexes of purple bacteria. Absorption and steady state fluorescence spectra of B850 ring from LH2 complex are investigated in this contribution.
