eng	Incomes of Territorial Self-Government Unit Budget and Proper Property Management	The article discusses the principles of proper property management of territorial self-government units in the Czech Republic in connection with the budget revenues of the territorial self-government units. The principles in question are recognised also as the principles of good administration. Following of the principles is one of ways of gaining more revenue for the budgets of the units. The principles are applicable not just to the management of property in strict sense but also to financial management. Supervision and control of the observance of the principles is necessary as a feedback helping the units to behave economically.	territorial self-government;property;budget
