Jsou identifikována slabá místa sledované právní úpravy z hlediska principů good governance a následně navržena opatření, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení situace. Příspěvek reaguje také na v současné době Parlamentem České republiky projednávanou novelu zákona o obcích a kriticky jí komentuje z hlediska principů good governance. Zvýšení formální složitosti procesu nakládání s majetkem není shledáno cestou, která by přispěla k lepšímu hospodaření s majetkem obce a snížila možnost korupce. good governance;korupce;majetek;obce
eng Municipal Property, Good Governance and Corruption The paper deals with the topic of the legal regulation of property management of Czech municipalities. It provides a brief analysis de lege lata of the regulation in question. The results of the analysis are compared with the principles of good governance. The weaknesses of the regulation, in this scope, are identified. Consequently the measures which should improve the situation are proposed. The paper responds also to the bill of the amendment to the Municipal Act discussed recently by the Parliament of the Czech Republic and makes some critical comments on it with respect of the good governance principles. The attempts to increase the formal complexity of the process of municipal property disposing are found not to be the right way to improve property management of the municipalities and to reduce the possibility of corruption. corruption;good governance;municipalities;property
