eng	EMPLOYMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES	The question concerning employability of the universities graduates is solved in this paper. Problem is dealt with respect to the study field, with respect to the graduated study programme. It is shown that needs of labour market are not in accordance with offer of the study fields, respectively study programmes at the universities. The conclusions of this paper can be important factor for universities strategies or they can influence the potential students decision at the kind of university selection.
