cze	Ohodnocení přínosu investice z environmentálního hlediska	Cílem článku je vyhodnotit vybranou investici z environmentálního hlediska, neboť lze v poslední době zaznamenat trend ohodnocování investic z neekonomických hledisek. V tomto případě se jedná o lakovací kabinu, která je opatřena ochranným filtrem, jež redukuje 97,9 % nebezpečných splodin. Přínos této investice je kalkulován jednak pro investující společnost, jednak pro obec, kde daná společnost působí. Pro ohodnocení těchto přínosů byly použity dva typy metod: tržní a netržní. Tržní metoda je založena na stanovení úspory poplatků za znečišťování ovzduší a netržní metoda znamená hodnotu ovzduší, jakožto veřejného statku, pro obyvatele dané obce. V tomto článku jsou použity netržní metody WTP a WTA. Tyto metody však daly rozdílné výsledky, a proto je v závěru doporučen postup, jak je lze chápat. eng	Evaluation of the Benefits of Investment from an Environmental Point of View	The aim of the article is to evaluate the investment from an environmental point of view because the trend to look at investment from a non-economic perspective is increasing. The analysed investment is a painting cabin with an efficient filter reducing pollution by 97,9 %. The impact of the painting cabin is calculated not only for the company itself and but also for population of the municipality where the company operates. Two kinds of methods are used: market and non-market evaluations. The market evaluation is based on estimation of saving of pollution fees and the non-market evaluation means a value of air quality for residents. In the article two non-economic evaluation methods are used: Willingness To Pay (WTP) and Willingness To Accept (WTA). The conclusion deals with the results of these methods and especially with the difference between them and gives the recommendation how to estimate the value and investment from an environmental point of view by using WTA/WTP methods.
