V podstatě jde o propojení síly a odvahy mužů s ženskou důsledností a citlivostí pro spravedlnost a komunikaci. eng	Women and Management	The book seeks to deepen qualitative management in theory and management practice. It recommends to use intensification of female genetic and physiological dispositions, which within teamwork together with men may contribute to improving managerial ethics in management in the context of interpersonal relationships. The effect of women in management is not intended to displace men from their positions, but in the context of teamwork to exploit the positive qualities that are innate to both sexes. Basically it is the connection of male strength and courage to feamle vigor and sensitivity for justice and communication.
