eng Perception of the Value of Library Services Provided by Municipal Library of Prague Public services, the method of their production and efficient delivery all make up an important part of every economy, since the costs of providing them significantly affect the state of the public budget. The aim of this paper is to assess whether the users of public services can appreciate their contribution and whether users of public libraries are willing to contribute funding for public services. A particular public service was selected to analyze the evaluation of public services i.e. the service provided by public libraries, since the services of public libraries are beneficial for society in terms of cultivating human potential and a resource for the utilization of information. This paper is focused on an evaluation of the library services provided by a selected public library i.e. Municipal Library of Prague?.
