cze Bibliomingová analýza portfolia služeb veřejných knihoven - případ Městské knihovny v Praze Nedávné úsilí o zvýšení efektivity v organizacích veřejného sektoru vychází z potřeby šetřit veřejné rozpočty. Z tohoto důvodu tyto organizace musí využívat moderní metody managementu tak, aby poskytovaly služby buď akreditované státem nebo samy o sobě podle uvážení top managementu. Typickými příklady jsou veřejné knihovny. Mohou využívat moderních metod bibliominingu k analýze portfolia služeb. Tyto metody však nejsou oblasti veřejných služeb využívány, ačkoliv mohou poskytnout detailní analýzu portfolia služeb. Zároveň poskytují důležité informace pro optimalizaci manažerských procesů v organizaci. Tento článek má za cíl vyplnit tuto mezeru a prezentuje praktickou aplikaci shlukovacích metod a metod extrakce atributů z reálných dat veřejné knihovny s cílem odhalit podobnosti ve službách poskytovaných veřejnou knihovnou. Analýza je založena na reprezentativním vzorku čtenářů. Výsledky je možné implementovat a dosáhnout vyšší efektivity managementu veřejné knihovny. eng Bibliomining Analysis of the Portfolio of Services of Public Libraries - The case of the Municipal Library of Prague Recent efforts to increase the efficiency of public sector organizations stem from the need to save public funds. For this reason, these organizations must make use of modern management methods to provide services either commissioned by the state or provided by the institutions themselves at the discretion of their top management. Typical examples of these organizations are public libraries. They can use the modern method of bibliomining to analyze their portfolio of services. However, this method is not developed in detail in the area of public services, although it will help as the only detailed analysis of the portfolio of services, and provide important information for optimizing management processes in the organization. This paper aims to bridge this gap and is a practical application of clustering methods and methods of extraction of attributes from real public library data in order to uncover similarities in the services provided by public libraries, based on a representative set of behavior patterns of users. The results of this work can then be implemented to achieve more efficient management of the public library.
