cze Hodnocení užitečnosti veřejných služeb uživateli s aplikací na služby veřejných knihoven Veřejné služby, jejich produkce a efektivní poskytování, tvoří důležitou součást každé ekonomiky, neboť náklady na jejich poskytování významně ovlivňuje stav veřejných rozpočtů. Vnímání významu veřejných služeb spočívá v hodnocení jejich přínosů (resp. užitků) pro společnost a ekonomiku jako celku. Užitek veřejných služeb spočívá v uspokojování veřejných potřeb společnosti, zejména ve vztahu ke kultivaci lidského potenciálu, a tím k růstu lidského kapitálu. The perception of the importance of public services consists in an evaluation of the benefits of these services for society and the economy as a whole. The benefit of public services lies in meeting the public needs of society, especially in relation to cultivating human potential and thus the growth of human capital. This paper is focused on an evaluation of the library services provided by a selected public library i.e. Municipal Library of Prague.
