cze Průzkum systémů řízení výkonnosti mezi českými společnostmi V posledních letech byla věnována stále větší pozornost studiu systémů měření výkonnosti jako účinného nástroje pro zlepšování výkonnosti organizace. Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky výzkumu v souvislosti s aktuálně existujícími požadavky na systémy měření výkonnosti. Výzkumný proces je založen na dotazníkovém šetření aplikovaném na vybraných společnostech v nejvíce konkurenceschopných odvětví v ČR. Hlavním výzkumným cílem je prozkoumat současnou praxi používání systémů měření výkonnosti, stejně jako identifikovat a pochopit jejich hlavní prvky, zásady a role. Ke splnění hlavního výzkumného cíle bylo nutné odpovědět na následující otázky: Jaká je kvalita současných přístupů k řízení výkonnosti ve vybraných firmách v nejvíce konkurenceschopných odvětví? Která oblast měření výkonnosti převažuje u vybraných společností? Dominují ukazatele výkonnosti v oblasti finanční či nefinanční? Jaký je podíl finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů, které jsou používány v rámci systémů řízení výkonnosti? Jaké jsou výhody a hlavní nedokonalosti stávajících systémů měření výkonnosti? Jaká je úroveň znalostí o systémech měření výkonnosti vyšších a středních manažerů ve zkoumaných společnostech? Příspěvek je strukturován následovně. Za prvé poskytuje stručný přehled literatury vztahující se k výzkumu tématu. Za druhé je v příspěvku definována metodologie výzkumu jako i charakteristiky respondentů zahrnutých do šetření. Zatřetí článek představuje analýzu klíčových výsledků získaných z dotazníkového šetření a v návaznosti na to jsou zjištění diskutována na základě teoretického výkladu. eng Survey of Performance Measurement Systems in Czech Companies In recent years growing attention has been paid to the study of performance measurement systems as effective instruments for organisation’s performance improvement. The paper presents findings of exploratory research related to the currently existing performance measurement systems characteristics identification. The research process is based on a questionnaire survey applied to selected companies in the most competitive industries in the CR. The main research aim is to investigate the current practices of using performance measurement systems as well as to identify and understand their main elements, principles and roles. To fulfil the main research purpose it was necessary to answer the following questions: What is the quality of current approaches to performance management, in selected companies in the most competitive industries? Which area of performance measurement prevails in selected companies? Dominate the performance indicators in financial or non-financial area? What is the proportion of the financial and non-financial KPI, which are embedded in the performance management system? What are the benefits and main imperfections of the existing performance measurement systems? What is the level of knowledge of performance measurement systems of higher and middle managers in the examined companies? The paper is structured as follows. Firstly, it provides a brief overview of literature related to the research topic. Secondly, a research methodology is defined as well as the characteristics of respondents included in the survey. Thirdly, it presents an analysis of key results derived from the questionnaire survey and the findings are discussed in the context of the theoretical basis.
