Dále definujeme množinu kritérií pro výběr a klasifikaci veřejných kapitálových projektů. Proces výběru a klasifikace je realizován dvěma přístupy. Sanchezův přístup je založen na max-min-max kompozici IF-relací, zatímco Liův přístup spočívá v optimalizaci IF-relací. Výsledky ukazují, že IF-množiny poskytují dobrý popis veřejných kapitálových projektů pomocí funkcí příslušnosti a nepříslušnosti, protože takto umožňují zpracovat vysokou míru neurčitosti. eng Selection and classification of public capital projects using IF-sets The paper presents basic notions of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IF-sets) introduced by K.T. Atanassov. Further, we define a set of criteria for the selection and classification of public capital projects. The selection and classification process is realized by two approaches. Sanchez's approach is based on the max-min-max composition of IF-relations, while Li's approach consists in the optimization of IF-relations. The results show that IF-sets provide a good description of public capital projects by means of membership functions and non-membership functions since they enable processing of a great deal of uncertainty.
