cze Příspěvek SME k výkonnosti znalostní společnosti a jejich podpora v ČR V článku je zkoumána role malých a středních podniků z hlediska jejich podílu na výkonnosti znalostní společnosti v České republice, a to zejména tzv. high tech firem. Výzkum vychází z relevantních pramenů odborné literatury, oficiálních statistik a dokumentů, stejně jako z vlastních dílčích, resp. s touto problematikou spjatých předvýzkumů. Cílem článku je najít odpověď na otázky: Je důvodem podpory malých a středních podniků v ČR spíše jejich role stabilizátora trhu s vazbou na problematiku míry zaměstnanosti nebo jejich příspěvek k výkonnosti znalostní ekonomiky? Má vývoj ukazatelů výkonnosti a rozvoje high tech firem ve sledovaném období v ČR rostoucí trend a koreluje tento trend s růstem bohatství české ekonomiky? Odpovídá vývoj sledovaných ukazatelů v high tech službách rostoucímu podílu terciárního sektoru na tvorbě bohatství v komparaci s ukazateli firem operujících v high tech zpracovatelském průmyslu? eng SME΄s Contribution to the Knowledge-based Society Performance and Their Support within the Czech Republic The article deals with a role of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially of the so-called high-tech firms, in terms of their contribution to the knowledge-based society performance in the Czech Republic. The aim of this article is to find answers to these issues: Is the reason for support to SEMs rather their role as a stabilizer of markets, with regard to the employment issue, or as a contributor to the knowledge-based economy performance in the Czech Republic? Is there an increasing trend in efficiency indicators and in high-tech enterprises development indicators in the monitored period in the Czech Republic and does this trend correlate with growth of wealth within the Czech economy? Does the trend of the monitored high-tech services indicators correspond to the increasing contribution of the tertiary sector to the creation of wealth in comparison with high-tech manufacturing firms indicators?
