cze	Rozvoj regionu	Regionální politika v ČR neměla na počátku devadesátých let takový význam jako v jiných zemích EU. Příčinou byla transformace národní ekonomiky z centrálně řízené na tržní ekonomiku a dále pak fakt, že sociálně ekonomické rozdíly mezi regiony, včetně nezaměstnanosti, se začaly projevovat až od druhé poloviny devadesátých let. Pro regionální politiku je velmi důležitý vstup České republiky do EU a i nově vzniklé uspořádání ČR. Nezaměstnanost se počátkem devadesátých let stala celospolečenským problémem. Zasahuje celou Českou republiku, i když mezi regiony existují značné disparity. Nezaměstnanost se tedy stala bolestí tržní ekonomiky v ČR. eng	Regional Development	Regional policy in the CR in the beginning of the 90s was not as important as in other EU countries. The reason was the transformation of the national economy centrally planned to market economy as well as fact that social economic differences among regions, including unemployment, started to appear since second half of the 90s. For regional policy the entering of the Czech republic into EU and new system of the CR is very important. Unemployment at the beginning of 90s became a whole society problem. It touches whole Czech republic though there exist inter regional disparities. Unemployment became pain of the Czech market economy.
