S ohledem na faktory, jenž mohou alokaci přímých zahraničních investic ovlivnit je pozornost soustředěna právě na význam transparentnosti ekonomického prostředí. eng TRANSPARENTNESS OF ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT OF EUROPEAN UNION´S NEW MEMBER COUNTRIES AND ALOCATION OF FDI The objective of this article is to provide view on the actual development in the area of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and corruption in the Czech Republic and other states that became members of the European Union. In relation to the factors that can influence the allocation of Foreign Direct Investment is attention mainly concerned on an importance of the economic environment transparency. Foreign Direct Investment in the new European Union states and analogous to corruption are specified from the theoretical view at first and than is evaluated the development and situation from 1993 - 2004 years, that enables to explain casual relations of present Foreign Direct Investment inflow conditions and corruption.
