eng	The basic elements of a strategic planning process in the public sector	Strategic planning is a powerful decision-making tool for managers and policy makers, and is increasingly used by public sector organizations recently. The paper outlines the method of a strategic planning process in public sector. It distinguishes the process of strategic analysis from that of strategic implementation.
