It´s aim is to describe how the New economy works, therefore is the main part of the article devoted to description of the scheme of the New economy. This scheme is based on observation of nowadays economic and social reality. Article also deals with implication of this scheme and reviewes how the paradigm of the New economy is fulfilled.
