cze Comparison of Pre-entering Integration Conditions of Economies on the Case of the Czech and Romanian Economy Článek je odrazem diskuze českých arumunksých ekonomů o předvstupní ekonomické realite zemí před vstupem do integračního seskukení, jakým je EU, stejně jako o vývoji této reality. Na základě vybraných dat, byla popsána realita ČR, pozornost byla věnována období let 2000-2003, tj. čtyřletému období před vstupem ČR do EU. současně byla shromážděna data roku 2003 o rumunské ekonomice. Článek referuje o rozdílech startovní situace obou zemí, o pozitivěch a negativech českého vývoje,kterými se může Rumunkso inspirovat. Jde o počáteční stupeň celkové studie, kterou se hodlá zabývat zmíněná skupina ekonomů - posléze vývojem ekonomických podmínek v předvstupním období Rumunska do EU a současně tuto situaci komparovat s minulostí ČR: Pokud budou jejich hypotézy potvrzeny, ukáže až reálný vývoj v čase. ekonomická integrace;národní ekonomiky;srovnání startovní pozice;ekonomické indikátory;economický růst
eng Comparison of Pre-entering Integration Conditions of Economies on the Case of the Czech and Romanian Economy The article is a reflection of discussion of a Czech and Romanian economists´ group about a pre-entering economic reality of countries before the entrance into the integration groupage, as the EU is, as well about a development of the reality. On the base of the selected data, the description of the CR reality was made; the attention was paid to the advance in the years 2000 ? 2003, as a four ? year period before the entrance into the EU. Simultaneously, a collection of the relevant data of the year 2003 concerning the Romanian economy was made. In the article is referred to the different starting points of the both countries, as well positives and negatives of the Czech development, which the Romania could inspire and instruct from. It is an initial stage of the whole study, in which the mentioned group of economist is going to deal with ? now alone ? the development of economic conditions of the pre-entering period of Romania into the EU, and thus in the comparison with the Czech fresh past. If their hypotheses are confirmed, it will be shown only by a real development in process in time. economic integration;national economies;comparison of starting position;economic indicators;economic growth
