eng The Strategy of Environmental Protection Financing in the CR after EU Accession By means of state interventions, government is in a position to adress the most serious problems in the area of environment protection and to adress the most serious problems in the area of environment protection and to express its interest in solving these problems by prioritising them. The setting of priorities, and the building of a consesus about them, is prerequisite of successful implementation of public policy in every spere of politics. The priorities stipulated at the level of the state government, as well as at the level of individua regions. In the contribution the authors conteplate the questions: To what extent does the structure of environmental expenditures correspond to the priorities in environmental protection? And what developments in the area of financing environmental protection may be expected in the near future with respekt to the accession of the CR to the EU?
