eng Tools for Managerial Decision Making: Problem of Unstructured Documents The decision making process represent one of the most important manager activities. Even though we can find different types of decision making (individual, group, intuitive, rational...) one thing remain the same. Almost each decision can be made using some tool from ICT (information and communication technology) branch. Text categorisation methods are good examples of such methods that can significantly lower manager workload and raise of objectivity in decision-making process. Automated processing of text documents can prevent simplifications and generalisation, which allow us to decide on the base of small amount of cases and widen this decision on all cases. The aim of this paper is then finding of highly effective methods from text categorization branch which fulfil criteria put on managerial decision-making process. unstructured documents, decision-making, management, text categorization, DSS, Business Intelligence
