cze Partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru v odpadovém hospodářství PPP projekty představují rozsáhlé investiční projekty budování infrastruktury. Tyto projekty jsou realizovány ve veřejném zájmu, ale s použitím finančních zdrojů soukromého sektoru. Současně je využíván i jeho znalostní, organizační a inovační potenciál. Finanční nároky těchto projektů jsou dosti vysoké, proto mohou sektory v rámci partnerství požádat o příspěvek ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Ale kombinace obou systémů (principy PPP a pravidla pro využití prostředků z fondů EU) není jednoduchá, jak bude ukázáno na konci článku na konkrétním příkladě ze životního prostředí. eng Public Private Partnership in Waste Management PPP projects represent large-scale investment projects of building infrastructure. These projects are implemented in the public interest, but with the use of private sector?s financial resources. It is also used his knowledge, organizational and innovative potential. The financial performance of such projects is so high that the sectors within the partnership may request a contribution from the Structural Funds of the European Union. But combining the two systems (PPP principles and rules of utilization of EU funds) is not easy, as will be shown at the end of article on the specific example of the environment.
