The needs for getting to know the information about the competition relations, for the creation of the organizational structures supporting the systemic thinking and for the building of the intellectual capital as well are increasing very deeply. The aim of this article is to describe the causal relations among the intangible capital of the company, the intellectual capital and the factors which have influence on the development of the companies in the present economic conditions too.
