cze Pracovní trh v České republice po přijetí do evropského prostoru Tento článek se věnuje otázkám, která se týkají evropského a českého trhu práce a problémům vyplývajícím ze změn těchto trhů. První část je zaměřená na evropský pracovní trh a jeho charakteristiky vzhledem k přelomu milénia. Na konci dvacátého století jsme směřovali k vysokému růstu nezaměstnanosti. To bylo důvodem k vytovření strategie, která se věnuje strukturálním změnám pracovního trhu v Evropské unii. Evropská strategie zaměstnanosti, která vešla v platnost v roce 1997 a evropský proces sociální integrace, který započal v roce 2000 spadají do těchto strategií. Druhá část článku analyzuje situaci zaměstnanosti v České republice. Věnujeme se zvláště klíčovým problémům českého pracovního trhu a otázkám problémových skupin lidí. eng Labour Market in the Czech Republic after Acceptance into the European Abstract This article is about question that are connected with problems of European and Czech labour market and problems of changes of the market. Forepart is oriented to European labour market and his characteristic features on the break of millennium. We attend to high growth of unemployment in the end of twentieth century. It was reason for formation of strategies that are attended to structural changes of labour market in European Union. European strategy of employment that started in 1997 and European process of social integrating that started in 2000 fall into these strategies. Second part of article analyses situation of employment in the Czech Republic. We attend especially to key problems of Czech labour market and to question of problem person groups.
