cze Využití indikátorů udržitelného rozvoje na úrovni měst. Společně se vstupem České republiky do EU a snahou o čerpání peněžních prostředků z jejích fondů, došlo v České republice k masivnějšímu rozšíření strategického plánování na městské i obecní úrovni. Ke strategickým plánům by měly neodmyslitelně patřit také ukazatele indikující míru naplnění cílu stanovených rozvojovými dokumenty. Příspěvek se zabývá sadou indikátorů udržitelného rozvoje navrženou Evropskou komisí pod názvem Společené evropské indikátory (European Common Indicators - ECI). Na příkladu města Hradec Králové, které má se strategickým plánováním a se sledováním indikátorů již více než desetiletité zkušenosti, popisuje přínosy sledování těchto indikátorů. Zároveň však poukazuje na některé nejasnosti a možnosti vylepšení metodiky sledování indikátorů.
eng Sustainable Development and Use of Indicators on the Municipal Level As a new EU member Czech Republic uses financial sources from the EU development and strucutal fund. Therefore the strategical planning has been spreading countrywide. The essential part of the plannig document the are the indicators. They are able to measure the fulfill of the defined goals. The paper considers the pack of the European Common Indicators - ECI developed by the European Committee. It uses the example of the City of Hradec Králové that has more then 10 years long strategical planning experience for describing the contributions of the indicators measurement to the city development. It also mentiones problems with methodology of indicators measurement. There are also mentioned suggestions for new methodology in the paper. sustainable development;new governance;indicators
