cze Metody identifikace klastrů - Případ České republiky Koncepce regionální politiky a regionálního rozvoje je neustále se vyvíjejícím se procesem. Hospodářský růst patří mezi klíčové cíle evropské regionální politiky. Mezi hlavní faktory hospodářského růstu patří rostoucí konkurenceschopnost obcí, regionů i států. Může být realizována prostřednictvím podpory center dokonalosti a klastrů. Tato centra jsou nositeli místního a regionálního hospodářského rozvoje. Na těchto úrovních jsou používány různé nástroje regionálního rozvoje. Společnými rysy regionálních principů a strategií jsou hospodářský růst, regionální a místní rozvoj a růst. Jejich determinanty jsou inovace, podpora investic, výzkum a vývoj, podnikové sítě (klastry), klastrové iniciativy a tvorba nových pracovních míst novými investory v regionech. Článek je zaměřen na klastry a klastrové iniciativy vznikající v České republice (obzvláště v Pardubickém kraji). Uvedeme současné metody hodnocení klastrového potenciálu v regionech. Cílem ananlýzy je porovnání těchto metod z hlediska praktické aplikace a dále navržení nových metod založených na vícerozměrných statistických metodách.
eng Industrial Clusters Identification Methods - Czech Case The conception of the regional policy and regional development is still an evolving process. The economic growth is the limelight in context of the European regional policy. The main growth determinant is also increasing competition of the municipalities, regions and countries. It can be realized thanks to engines (centres of excellence, clusters) support. These centres are the carriers of the main part of the local and regional economic development. At these levels there are many tools of local and regional development used. The common characteristics of regional principles and strategies are economic growth, regional and local development and growth. Their determinants can be innovations, investments support, research and development in companies, industrial networks (clusters) and cluster initiatives rising, new jobs creation by new investors in regions. This paper focuses on the clusters and cluster initiatives rising in Czech Republic (in Pardubice region especially). We will present current methods of cluster potential identification in small regions. The goal of our analysis is to find out if all the methods are acceptable in practice framework and further to propose new methods based on multivariate statistics.
