cze Modelování bonity obcí pomocí neuronových sítí V článku se uvádí návrh parametrů bonity obcí. Ekonomické,dluhové a finanční parametry jsou klíčové. Dále je uveden návrh modelu pro klasifikaci bonity obcí. Uskutečněné předzpracování dat umožňuje vhodnou ekonomickou interpretaci získaných výsledků. Obce jsou klasifikovány do shluků pomocí metod učení bez učitele. Kombinace Kohonenových samoorganizujících se map a algoritmu K-průměrů je vhodnou metodou pro modelování bonity obcí. Počet shluků je určen na základě indexů hodnotítích kvalitu shlukování. Model je složen z Kohonenových samoorganizujících se map a fuzzy logických neuronových sítí, kde výstup Kohonenových samoorganizujících se map reprezentuje vstup fuzzy logických neuronových sítí. Parametry fuzzy logických neuronových sítí umožňují vhodnou interpretaci. Jedná se o neuronovou síť typu perceptron se třemi vrstvami. Standardní neurony jsou nahrazeny fuzzy neurony. Váhy synapsí přiřazují hodnoty funkce příslušnosti vstupním hodnotám. Vhodnost navrženého modelu je porovnána s dalšími fuzzy klasifikátory. Nejvyšší správnosti klasifikace je dosaženo pomocí fuzzy logické neuronové sítě. Fuzzy logická neuronová síť disponuje nejlepší schopností generalizace. Navržený model dosahuje vysoká správnosti klasifikace, nízké střední kvadratické odchylky a vhodnou interpretací získaných výsledků. V současnosti nejsou takové modely k dispozici.
eng Municipal Creditworthiness Modelling by Neural Networks The paper presents the design of municipal creditworthiness parameters. The economic, debt and financial parameters are pivotal. Further, the design of model for municipal creditworthiness classification is presented. The realized data pre-processing makes the suitable economic interpretation of results possible. Municipalities are assigned to clusters by unsupervised methods. The combination of Kohonen?s self-organizing feature maps and K-means algorithm is a suitable method for municipal creditworthiness modelling. The number of classes in this model is determined by indexes evaluating the quality of clustering. The model is composed of Kohonen?s self-organizing feature maps and fuzzy logic neural networks, where the output of Kohonen?s self-organizing feature maps represents the input of fuzzy logic neural networks. Fuzzy logic neural network?s parameters make the appropriate interpretation possible. It is a perceptron-type fuzzy logic neural network with three layers. Standard neurons are replaced by fuzzy neurons in the fuzzy logic neural network. Contrary to standard neuron, the synapse weights among fuzzy neurons assign the value of membership function to the input value. The suitability of the designed model is compared with other fuzzy logic based classifiers. The highest classification accuracy is achieved by the fuzzy logic neural network. The fuzzy logic neural network?s model is the best in terms of generalization ability due to this fact. High classification accuracy, low average classification error and suitable interpretation of results achieved by the designed model. Currently there are no such models realized for creditworthiness modelling.
