Dále je uveden návrh modelu pro klasifikaci bonity obcí. Model se skládá z Kohonenových samoorganizujících se map a fuzzy logických neuronových sítí, kde výstup Kohonenových samoorganizujících se map reprezentuje vstup fuzzy logických neuronových sítí. Jedná se o dopřednou fuzzy logickou neuronovou síť se třemi vrstvami. Standardní neurony jsou ve fuzzy logické neuronové síti nahrazeny fuzzy neurony. Oproti standardním neuronům váhy synapsí mezi fuzzy neurony přiřazují vstupním hodnotám hodnoty funkce příslušnosti.
