Globalization is leading to fundamental changes in the way people work and do business. Working in global business is challenge from an ethics perspective. Considerable interest must be directed toward the development of new ways of addressing not only the impact on business, but also on society in general. This is emphasized by the current situation associated with Covid-19. Covid-19 is a human, economic and social crisis. Unprecedented devastating conditions and uncertainty associated with the COVID-19 pandemic represents a new challenge for CSR managers and management enterprises and further highlight the importance of reflecting on the competitiveness of economies and business. Successful development and implementation of appropriate sustainable business strategies can be a solution with great societal benefits and potential. Managing change that respects managerial ethics is also a key factor in creating new added value and innovation and can also make a decisive contribution to the economic development of individuals and society. It is necessary to deal with it a question how companies can turn sustainable operations into a competitive advantage, to effectuate performance improvements along the triple bottom line, reducing environmental impact, stimulating social solidarity and at the same time ensuring economic responsibility. The research team will use scientific methods to analyze these strategies, approaches and tools that lead to ensuring the sustainable competitiveness of organizations. Based on these findings, recommendations will be defined to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of organizations.
