The design of appropriate processes of public administration is an initial point of the whole project. We will analyze selected processes in the first phase of the project, and then we will select optimization algorithms to test the behavior of selected processes. At this stage, therefore, there are necessary experiments that allow determining the quality of optimization algorithms. These results will lead to determine which algorithms can be selected for the next phase of the project. We will create functional GRID with necessary experiments for computing of process in public administration. Output of the project will be operational optimization model of selected processes in the domain of public administration by force of GRID technology. This model will be used in specific (proposed) case for management in public administration. The proposed model should help make more efficient using of public resources to achieve a high quality of services. This model will be used for dealing with research projects carried out in the workplace project.
