On May 27–28, 2025, the University of Pardubice hosted a joint meeting of Working Groups WG3 and WG4 as part of the LIAISE COST Action initiative. The event was organized by the Centre for Science and Research of Faculty Economics and Administration and welcomed over twenty researchers and professionals from across Europe.
Working Group WG3 focused on policy challenges and shared examples of best practices from different national contexts. Meanwhile, WG4 addressed strategies for effective communication and stakeholder engagement. The discussions included topics such as support for underrepresented groups, removing institutional barriers, and raising awareness of inclusion in academia.
The meeting brought new impulses for the further direction of the project and represents a significant step towards industrial symbiosis and the transformation towards a circular economy.
